Refund Policy

At Adeel Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact. 
  • The product must not be ironed, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the item is received and inspected by our team. 

Refund Process:

  • The customer must first send the item back to our warehouse using any courier service,  at their own cost. 
  • Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to  10 working days. 
  • Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account. We will contact you  for your bank details after approval. 

Refunds Not Applicable:

  • Items with damage or signs of use. 
  • Orders returned without original tags or packaging. 
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is possible only via bank transfer after  verification. The customer must provide accurate bank details
