Exchange Policy

At Adeel Fashion, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you need to exchange an  item, we’re here to help — under the following terms: 

Eligibility for Exchange 

  • You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. 
  • The item must be: 
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused 
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact 
  • Free from any damage, stains, or perfume 
  • Items must not be ironed or altered in any way. 
  • Sale items, discounted items, and customized dresses are not eligible for exchange. 

Exchange Process 

  • Contact Us: 
    Email or WhatsApp our support team with: 
  • Your order number 
  • The reason for the exchange 
  • Clear photos (if there’s a product issue) 
  • Approval & Return: 
    Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse via any reliable courier service at your own expense. ∙
  • Exchange Shipping: 
  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), the customer will pay both: ∙ Return courier charges 
  • Delivery charges for the new item 
  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, product, or defect), we will handle all courier charges. 

Important Notes 

  • We allow only one exchange per order. 
  • If the requested size or item is out of stock, customers may wait until it is restocked or choose another item of  the same value. 
  • We do not offer exchange on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless the customer pays the courier charges in  advance for the exchange.
