Eligibility for Exchange
- You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.Â
- The item must be:Â
- Unworn, unwashed, and unusedÂ
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intactÂ
- Free from any damage, stains, or perfumeÂ
- Items must not be ironed or altered in any way.Â
- Sale items, discounted items, and customized dresses are not eligible for exchange.Â
Exchange Process
- Contact Us:Â
Email or WhatsApp our support team with:Â - Your order numberÂ
- The reason for the exchangeÂ
- Clear photos (if there’s a product issue)Â
- Approval & Return:Â
Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse via any reliable courier service at your own expense. ∙ - Exchange Shipping:Â
- If the exchange is due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), the customer will pay both: ∙ Return courier chargesÂ
- Delivery charges for the new itemÂ
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, product, or defect), we will handle all courier charges.Â
Important Notes
- We allow only one exchange per order.Â
- If the requested size or item is out of stock, customers may wait until it is restocked or choose another item of the same value.Â
- We do not offer exchange on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless the customer pays the courier charges in advance for the exchange.
