your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.Â
- The product must not be ironed, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Refunds will only be processed after the item is received and inspected by our team.Â
Refund Process:
- The customer must first send the item back to our warehouse using any courier service, at their own cost.Â
- Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.Â
- Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account. We will contact you for your bank details after approval.Â
Refunds Not Applicable:
- Items with damage or signs of use.Â
- Orders returned without original tags or packaging.Â
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is possible only via bank transfer after verification. The customer must provide accurate bank details
